The Traveling Fellowship Programme

During this year’s meeting, the Middle East Pediatric Orthopaedic Society (MEPOS) is thrilled to announce, along with OrthoPediatrics, that they will be awarding 2 Traveling Fellowships to selected applicants.

These generous awards were created with the goal of providing each fellow a networking and learning opportunity to optimize their education, knowledge, clinical research acumen and technical skills in the field and in return, actively support the development of Pediatric Orthopaedics in the MEPOS region and improve evidence-based patient care.

The start of the Traveling Fellowship will be during 2018 and both fellows will have the opportunity to visit Pediatric Orthopaedic Centers within Europe, each fellowship individually planned according to the specific interests of the applicants within Pediatric Orthopaedics.

The MEPOS / OrthoPediatrics Traveling Fellowships will cover travel costs, accommodation and daily expenses during the 2 weeks. Any loss of salary that might incur due to the fellows absence from work will NOT be covered by the MEPOS / OrthoPediatrics Traveling Fellowships.

Applications are now being accepted and individuals interested in participating in the Traveling Fellowship should complete the application and submit the required supporting materials by September 14, 2017. Incomplete applications of those received after the deadline will not be considered.
