The 1st Middle East & North Africa Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery Conference which concluded Thursday 3rd May, was met with great satisfaction from the delegates who attended. Over the two day event, more than 100 delegates listened to 57 presentations by some of the world's top Pediatric Orthopaedic surgeons in the world.
 
The conference was granted 12 European CME credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) as well as the Dubai Health Authority.
This conference was a unique concept who's aim was to create a platform where new cutting edge technologies and treatment concepts from world renowned centres could meet with Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeons from the Middle East and Africa. The conference allowed participants to share their knowledge and improve their clinical skills by attending the different forms of interactive discussions, case presentations and hands on workshops.

The programme for this meeting was intentionally focused on conditions prevalent in the Middle East and Africa and meet the highest academic standards with endorsement and support of POSNA and EPOS.

We are now working toward next year's event.
